Sonotherapy

Sonotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses sounds and vibrations to bring well-being, relaxation and energetic harmonization to people.

In our approach, we use harmonizing tools that have great vibratory qualities such as: voice, crystal bowls, crystal harp, crystal pyramid, Tibetan bowls, Zaphir chimes, drums, aromatherapy, acoustic and therapeutic tuning forks etc.

We are living beings and continuously influenced by our environment as well as our thoughts and emotions.

These hazards can create tension, stress and fatigue that disrupt the free flow of energy in the body and its systems.

With Body Tuning we can activate the energy circulation in the body, by stimulating certain acupuncture points located along the meridians running through our body.

The goal is to do a ”tuning” of the human body, just as we do for a musical instrument that is out of tune and has lost its note (original frequency).

Body Tuning is a therapeutic approach that favors the use of acoustic and therapeutic tuning forks that act by resonance with the body, to provide well-being and deep relaxation in full consciousness.
